SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer three shipping options for all orders within the United States:
- Economy Shipping: FREE (5-7 business days)
- Standard Shipping: $6.00 (3-5 business days)
- Express Shipping: $13.00 (1-2 business days)
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us at lsteminc@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
